DIME operates a student clinic as part of its educational programs. By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are performed by students under instructor supervision
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Services are educational in nature and may take longer than services provided by licensed professionals
• You assume all inherent risks associated with receiving student-performed services

Clients may be required to complete intake forms and sign additional consent or liability waivers prior to services.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointment availability, pricing, and policies are subject to change. DIME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed due to educational requirements, staffing, or safety considerations.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of appointment privileges, as outlined during booking.

Payments & Refunds

All tuition payments, deposits, service fees, and product purchases are subject to the terms outlined in enrollment agreements or booking confirmations.

• Tuition and program fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in the school catalog
• Spa and clinic services are non-refundable once rendered
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
