At the Dermodality Institute of Modern Esthetics (DIME), we are redefining what esthetic education should be, because we’ve lived the reality of what it too often is.

DIME was built by estheticians. Many of our founders and educators began exactly where our students are now: in traditional esthetics programs designed to teach just enough to pass the state board exam, but not enough to succeed in the real world. We know firsthand the frustration of graduating licensed yet unprepared, lacking confidence, clinical understanding, business awareness, and practical skills needed to build a sustainable career.

That experience is the reason DIME exists.
